Making An Enquiry
Making an enquiry could not be easier. Just browse our online booking system, and add any tee times that you wish to book into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked to complete your details that are required to enable us to complete the order. Once we have received your enquiry we will check availability at the desired course(s), and will contact you to confirm the booking.
We accept most debit & credit cards. We do take payment for any desired booking subject to availability. Payment can be made over the phone or in-store. All transactions where debit/credit card details are obtained are 100% guaranteed safe and secure. If you prefer to pay by internet bank transfer please email [email protected] and we will forward you our full banking details in order for you to process a payment and complete your booking.
1.0 When confirmation of booking is received, this is to indicate that we have received confirmation of your booking. This will then indicate acceptance of your booking and hence a contract between us, when we send you a booking confirmation email. We have included this condition to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have by error inadvertently under-priced services, or if we are no longer able to supply a particular service for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In the case of availability, we will advise of either a delay or offer a similar tee time or refund.
1.1 Changes to any booking will only be accepted by email or by phone call and are subject to terms and conditions. Please email [email protected] and once your email has been received, notification of reply will follow at the earliest opportunity during business hours. We will always endeavour to make changes where and when possible.
1.2 To cancel your booking, please email [email protected] Cancellations of bookings are subject to our & the relevant golf courses terms & conditions, once your request has been received we will contact you on the eligibility of your request.
Conditions for Refunds:
2.1 Notification is only accepted via email service or by phone call, using only the following email address [email protected] or 0034 966 775 099. Please state your intention to cancel eligible bookings that meet our terms and conditions, and guidelines listed online for a full refund.
2.2 The refund policy only applies to the original booking and does not cover changes that fall outside the refund terms and conditions. Changes are not a new contract of purchase. Changes that are made within our change policy will be issued with a credit note, less any additional charges that have been incurred by our company relating to the original request for change.
2.3 Bookings that have been purchased using a gift voucher or credit note will only be allocated a credit note.
2.4 Refunds are only processed through the original payment method that was selected upon placing the original order.
Conditions for Exchanges or Credit Note:
2.5 Alteration requests made before 7 days of your booking can be made, subject to any additional charges from the golf course. If the desired time or date is unavailable a credit note may be issued, to be used at the customers discretion. The credit note has no in-store value and can only be used against any future Galaxy Green Fees booking.
All of our online prices are fully inclusive of IVA at the standard 21% rate.
