Region of Murcia land borders closed to rest of the Autonomous Communities and also between municipalities within the Region

Comes into effect TODAY Friday 30th October
The Covid Monitoring Committee has decided to close the perimeter of the entire Murcia Region as well as all the municipalities.
The regional government of Murcia have decided to close the borders of the region and also restrict mobility of the inhabitants, who may **only circulate within the municipality to which they belong to** and may only move between municipalities for justified causes, such as:
a) Travel to health centers, services and establishments.
b) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations (work in general).
c) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
d) Return to the place of home or family residence.
e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
f) Travel to financial and insurance entities or petrol stations in neighboring territories.
g) Required or urgent actions of public, judicial or notarial bodies.
h) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.
i) Taking exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.
j) Due to force majeure or situation of need.
k) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
The Government has also approved that Fortuna, Abanilla, Totana, Beniel, Bullas, Ceutí, Cieza, Lorquí, Torre Pacheco and Archena go back to phase 1 after registering an incidence of more than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants accumulated in the last 7 days.
(As well as closing borders between municipalities and the night curfew, bars and restaurants may only open their terraces if they are in a Phase 1 area)
The measures will be in place for 15 days (can possibly be renewed if seen necessary) from today Friday October 30th
